Yoga Slow Flow

Yoga Flow is an organic movement form based on Vinyasa yoga. A yoga style where students fluidly move from one pose to the next in an organic sequence, releasing tension and invigorating the whole body. It emphasizes breathing and movement coordination. Different from the challenging Astanga series, this form varies according to the goals set for the day.

Everybody will benefit from this practice; our classes respect each individual´s abilities.
